This organic sencha is grown in Mikatagahara, which is located in Hamamatsu city on the west side of Shizuoka prefecture. This sencha is fukamushi which means that the tea leaves are steamed two times longer than regular sancha. This particular sencha brings great aroma and deep, authentic green tea taste. Less on acidity and lots of umami.
